Are your cigars hard to draw? Is the outer wrapper imperfect on numerous cigars? For problems such as these, that do arrise once in a while mainly due to human error during the rolling and/or packaging processes, we will gladly refund your purchase price, issue store credit, or replace the item, whichever you prefer. Just return the unusable items within 30 days from the date you receive your cigars and we will take care of the rest.
Sometimes customers get their cigars and after smoking one realize that the particular brand just isn't for them, but since the packaging and seal has been broken, assume they are stuck with the rest. That isn't the case for customers of Tarheel Cigars. In such a situation, the opened box or bundle may be returned for a "pro-rated" refund. Example: You buy a box of 20 cigars for $70. $70 divided by 20 cigars gives each cigar a value of $3.50. You would be eligible for a refund or store credit(your choice) on that particular box in the amount of $66.50. You have a period of 30 days from the date you receive your cigars to return the unused portion for credit. No hassles, no lectures, just great customer service.
